I’ve had Darryl treat nuisance ants twice now for a large property and both times he’s the only person who has been able to keep them at bay for long periods of time in a neighbourhood with a big ant problem. Tried many different companies in the past and never got anywhere. If you want lasting results, I highly recommended AllPro and Darryl.

I had Barry come around as I had an infestion of earwigs and he is an absolute legend! Not only did he go above and beyond, his customer service and integrity are second to none. I haven't seen anymore earwigs and I have found 3 dead cockroaches today! Barry and the admin team on the phone are the absolute best - you can't beat them, and even got me in the next day. As a side note, I went with another popular pest service in the Redlands previously who could not treat earwigs (and therefore honour their warranty) so just goes to show that All Pro are the way to go! 10+ stars guys!Update: Josh came this time for our next annual spray and he also did an awesome job! Amazing Allpro, were professional, courteous and accommodating. They went over and above when we needed our termite barrier completed by a specific date, completing the barrier earlier than required. We had a long term external ant problem where we couldn't hang up the washing or step barefoot in the backyard and pool area without getting attacked by unrelenting black ants. Then Darryl worked his magic. He said the treatment might take a few days to take effect but I noticed the ants were completely gone within 24 hours. 1 month later and the ants are still nowhere to be seen. All other issues we had with unwanted insects were also resolved. Darryl explained quite a bit about how to prevent future insect issues - information I never knew before. He was a genuinely friendly and knowledgeable service provider. I would recommend Allpro to anyone.

The team at All Pro Pest Control was fantastic—Darryl arrived on time and not once did he 'bug' us. We don’t want to 'rat' out the previous tenants, but the house was left pretty 'grubby.' I have used their services for many years now and it’s always so easy to deal with the whole team.I get a timely reminder each year to book in our annual termite inspection and pest control, and I normally also get a courtesy call and text to remind me of the appointment. Someone from the team then comes on time and spend about 2 hrs on site. you then get a comprehensive pdf report within the next 2 days. Simple!The whole team is very friendly and professional and while it could be a basic expectation, I have dealt with another pest services provider in the past, who was very difficult to deal with and not professional at all.I highly recommend AllPro Pest!

We have used All Pro twice now once in 2020 and another this year. We found both time the personal who came out professional, friendly and super knowledgeable on their product. We live across from a nature reserve and so have issues with the field mice. However we were naive and thought a once and done job was it though we were warned by the technician but just shows that their stuff works so we plan to do yearly servicing now. It’s safe for dogs and they put the bait in a kid and pet proof box so I don’t have to worry about poison being left around for the young one or our fur baby. Highly recommend and great price for peace of mind.

The guy that came out was on time, super friendly and absolutely wonderful. Explained what he was going to spray and do around the house and checked in with me if needed. The fellas rocked up in a timely manner and went about their methodical business. I showed them a pile of insect wings around a small cavity fissure in a concrete path at the base of the front brick wall; they closely examined and informed this was a benign species. After the entire inspection was completed, they were happy to supply a verbal indication to give me immediate peace of mind. They made it very clear an official report would also be emailed soon after. Great stuff from the friendly duo, happy to see these fellas again.

Jason arrived on time and was very receptive to my questions and the questions from my son (5) who was very excited to see him and understand what he was doing. We had some issues with black rats making a home in our roof cavity. These guys were excellent! The booking process was really easy and the communication was fabulous. Their termite inspection was very thorough and they didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary. The inspection report was comprehensive and i was impressed with the detail. As well as being total professionals, Jason and Cooper are also really lovely blokes and I was very comfortable having them go through my home. They were also kind to my dog and really won me over when they liked my axolotls 😊 Looking forward to having them over every year to check we're still termite-free! I used AllPro pest control about 4 weeks ago now. I was doing some cleaning and my vacuum went threw my skirting board (Termites) so i called them and got a lovely lady Called Dianne she was very swift and knowledgeable and got the owner of the company (Barry) to come out ASAP to help me (He was there within a hour) poisoned the termites for me i was so pleased with the response and knowledge of them that i have booked in for them to do a Termite Barrier on my house for next week. I could not recommend AllPro Pest control enough.

Very professional and lovely staff. They cared and offered to come back another day for us to do the external of our house. It was raining on the planned day and they didn’t want to spray the outside of our house and have the product not work properly.We have seen heaps of dead cockroaches already inside the house, so the product works perfectly. Very happy customer and we will go back next year for our annual pest control and termite check.
