I have used their services for many years now and it’s always so easy to deal with the whole team.I get a timely reminder each year to book in our annual termite inspection and pest control, and I normally also get a courtesy call and text to remind me of the appointment. Someone from the team then comes on time and spend about 2 hrs on site. you then get a comprehensive pdf report within the next 2 days. Simple!The whole team is very friendly and professional and while it could be a basic expectation, I have dealt with another pest services provider in the past, who was very difficult to deal with and not professional at all.I highly recommend AllPro Pest!

We have used All Pro twice now once in 2020 and another this year. We found both time the personal who came out professional, friendly and super knowledgeable on their product. We live across from a nature reserve and so have issues with the field mice. However we were naive and thought a once and done job was it though we were warned by the technician but just shows that their stuff works so we plan to do yearly servicing now. It’s safe for dogs and they put the bait in a kid and pet proof box so I don’t have to worry about poison being left around for the young one or our fur baby. Highly recommend and great price for peace of mind.

Right from the start when I read the website I found the information I needed in a clear and concise form that made it easy to identify my ant problem. When I booked a visit the receptionist was pleasant and accomodating. The technician was on time, pleasant, professional and thorough. The price for the service was reasonable, and finally - the ants are gone!!I will definitely use this business again for other pest problems

It also rained the day the technician came out so we had to schedule in another time for them to do the outside and they called me later that day to do so. The guy that came out was on time, super friendly and absolutely wonderful. Explained what he was going to spray and do around the house and checked in with me if needed. We talked through avoiding the garden and our bees and his philosophy was the same with regards to bees and avoiding spaying which was comforting.I can Highly recommend them.

I recently used AllPro for a termite inspection and found out I didn’t have termites but rodents!! The team were amazing and talked me through what they found, solutions for areas they suggest I fix and even baited my property straight away. Highly recommend
The fellas rocked up in a timely manner and went about their methodical business. I showed them a pile of insect wings around a small cavity fissure in a concrete path at the base of the front brick wall; they closely examined and informed this was a benign species. After the entire inspection was completed, they were happy to supply a verbal indication to give me immediate peace of mind. They made it very clear an official report would also be emailed soon after. Great stuff from the friendly duo, happy to see these fellas again.

I called this company at 1:30pm regarding an issue with termites at my property and Barry came out by 3pm to complete a termite inspection. He also treated them on the spot. Got rid of my huge ant problem! Inside and out! And spiders and cockroaches! I was surprised at how quick and effective the treatments were. Fantastic service at an affordable price. Had them out twice for different services and both times were a great experience. Friendly, reliable and very knowledgeable. Also very affordable! Jason arrived on time and was very receptive to my questions and the questions from my son (5) who was very excited to see him and understand what he was doing. We had some issues with black rats making a home in our roof cavity. Jason inspected the home provided advice to block entry and exit points and an effective treatment plan to get rid of them. 5 star service and would recommend them to anyone experiencing pest issues. These guys were excellent! The booking process was really easy and the communication was fabulous. Their termite inspection was very thorough and they didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary. The inspection report was comprehensive and i was impressed with the detail. As well as being total professionals, Jason and Cooper are also really lovely blokes and I was very comfortable having them go through my home. They were also kind to my dog and really won me over when they liked my axolotls 😊 Looking forward to having them over every year to check we're still termite-free! AllPro are the best, don't bother with the rest!

I used AllPro pest control about 4 weeks ago now. I was doing some cleaning and my vacuum went threw my skirting board (Termites) so i called them and got a lovely lady Called Dianne she was very swift and knowledgeable and got the owner of the company (Barry) to come out ASAP to help me (He was there within a hour) poisoned the termites for me i was so pleased with the response and knowledge of them that i have booked in for them to do a Termite Barrier on my house for next week. I could not recommend AllPro Pest control enough.

Very professional and lovely staff. They cared and offered to come back another day for us to do the external of our house. It was raining on the planned day and they didn’t want to spray the outside of our house and have the product not work properly.We have seen heaps of dead cockroaches already inside the house, so the product works perfectly. Very happy customer and we will go back next year for our annual pest control and termite check.
